About LaunchYou.Online

A production company that became a personal brand agency.

We started by producing broadcasts, concerts, and interview shows for other people. Along the way we noticed that the engine that makes a show good is the same engine that makes a leader known, and that almost nobody runs it for the leader. So we built the agency around it.

Who we are

Producers first. The agency is what the production discipline became.

LaunchYou.Online is a small team of broadcast directors, producers, researchers, and editors based in Redding, California. Between us is 25 years of live broadcast, concert, and album production for some of the most-watched church and worship platforms in the country, and the production of a new interview show that went from a first recording to a pipeline of over 100 researched guests in six months.

We do not sell follower growth, and we do not sell editing by the hour. We run the whole engine for leaders with a body of work: research, booking, preparation, production, and release, measured every month in hours published and platforms covered.

The agency was founded by broadcast director Jesse Maitland. The work is done by the team.

How we work

Three things that are true of every engagement.

01 You show up and talk. We do the rest. Research, pitching, preparation, recording support, editing, release, and reporting are ours. Your time goes on camera, unscripted.
02 Every month, four numbers. Hours published, platforms covered, bookings and releases, and your 7-11-4 score. If a number does not move, we say why in writing.
03 One published standard. Ten rules for how every guest is researched, prepared, and protected. They apply to you and to everyone we put on air for you.

Greenroom, our production software

The software behind every engine.

We built Greenroom to run our own show, and now it runs every client's. It is why the engine does the same thing for the twelfth client that it did for the first, and why several of the Standard's rules are enforced rather than remembered.

Research Every guest researched before anyone is contacted The moment a name enters the system, a research scan runs. Every fact it records carries its source.
Privacy Internal notes stay internal A guest sees only what is prepared for them. The team's internal read on a guest cannot be shared outward through any screen or link.
Judgment A person approves every change Nothing automated edits a guest's record on its own. It suggests; a producer accepts or rejects each detail.
Preparation Five documents per guest, in order A research brief, a prep sheet the guest reviews and corrects, a host brief, a prompter script, and a written profile after the episode.
Pipeline Prospect to release, tracked Host decisions, outreach, bookings, recording, edit, and release in one place. Anything that stalls for two weeks is flagged.
Reporting Your monthly report comes from here Hours, platforms, bookings, and your score are read from the same system that runs the work, not assembled by hand.
